During the cruise phase, it is essential to eat more 2 tablespoons of oat
bran daily.
Dukan diet: Dukan method menu (phase 3, phase of consolidation)
The consolidation phase can consolidate your ideal weight. This phase is
intended to avoid the yoyo effect with recovery of additional kilos. This is
the longest phase, which opens the first return to healthy eating. The duration of the consolidation phase is 10 days per kilo
